Delete your account

You can ask Bangla Trend to delete your account and the data stored with it. Use either path below. We do not require you to keep the app installed.

In the app: open Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Confirm. This disables login for that profile right away.

Without the app: email hello@banglatrend.com or call 01608217323 from the phone number or Google email on the account. Write “Delete my account” and include that phone number or Google email so we can find the profile.

After we process the request we disable login, drop saved stories and preferences tied to the account, and stop using that Google id or phone for sign-in. Payment records needed for tax or refunds may be kept as required by law.

In-app deletion is immediate. Email or phone requests are completed within 7 days. We will confirm by email when we have an address on file.
