Yes, perfectly safe. You will be paying either in cash on delivery (if you live in Dhaka city) or in advance by bKash or bank account transfer (if you live outside Dhaka). Keep in mind that we ensure delivery of your desired products in full and on time (as promised) subject to your payment, except in situations beyond our control.

At our online store, ordering is very easy. Browse the collection at the website to choose your products, then follow few steps to submit an order to buy your desired products.

In case you find it difficult to submit your order via the website, please place the order to our customer representative over phone (+88-01955-400-400) referring the product’s code number.

At present, you can pay in cash at the time you receive the product (if you live in Dhaka city), in advance by bKash or bank account transfer (if you live outside Dhaka).

We do home delivery with our own people (if you live in Dhaka city) or via courier (if you live outside Dhaka).

Delivery charge is Tk. 80 for home delivery inside Dhaka city and Tk. 100-150 for courier delivery outside Dhaka.

Our unstiched dresses generally have provision for chest size up to 48 inches. For other stiched or knitted items, measurement will be given in the product page. It’s better to verify with our customer representative about your specific size requirement.

Currently our policy is NO return, exchange or refund for online sale, once the product is handed over to customer. However, you can exchange an item from our outlet at Shyamoli within 3 days of purchase.

Yes you can, but you have to inform us before your item is shipped. Please note we can’t do the exchange once we have already shipped your order.
